Has your child been labelled a “bad sleeper?”
Do you reason with yourself, that maybe they just don’t need as much sleep?
Sleep seems so natural, but to fall asleep and to fall back asleep independently is a learned skill. Sometimes our children have trouble learning to fall asleep.
What if your child can only fall asleep if they are being walked, rocked, or nursed? What if they need these rituals repeated each time they awake throughout the night?
What if she needs to bed-share but that isn’t letting you get the sleep you so desperately need?
What if you don’t want to leave him alone to “cry it out”?
There is a better, healthier, less stressful, and safer way for you both.
If you are tired, frustrated and keep asking yourself “What can I do? How can I help my little one learn this basic and essential part of life in a loving and supportive way?” I can help.

Benefits of Gentle Sleep Coaching
As a sleep consultant, I am a certified educator through the Gentle Sleep Program, I am here to help families identify their struggles and create a doable and practical plan about how to reach their realistic sleep goals.
As a Gentle Sleep Coach I encourage strong parental involvement and reassurance. Your child will feel safe and secure as they learn how to both go asleep and return to sleep independently
As with many skills learned during childhood, the parent offers security, support, and reassurance to the child as they work on new skills. The same process can be used for our children learning to sleep. They learn better when they feel safe, loved, and cared for in a supportive manner. As your sleep consultant, I am here to give you the tools to help your family thrive.
Success with any plan depends on your ability to commit and follow through with unity, patience and consistency.
